Rullion Technical is a division of Rullion Alltrades that specialises in recruiting permanent and freelance candidates on behalf of main and sub contractors operating in the Civil Engineering, General Build, Building Services, Housing, Consulting Engineering and Design sectors.
We have 10 regional locations allowing us to supply projects throughout the UK, including offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh. Our Technical Divisions formed eight years ago to deal with Technical & Professional vacancies.
From the beginning, we have always believed that quality of service is not a negotiable option. Because of that we believe our rigorous recruitment and induction procedures provide the industry benchmark.
We differ from other agencies in that we strive to match candidates to the specific requirements that you are looking for. We always:
- interview candidates in person or via phone prior to submitting them
- do not send CVs without asking for permission from our candidates
- we ask for proof of eligibility to work in the UK, copies of their qualifications and site certificates
- ask for feedback from you and listen
- we do not have a hard sell approach geared at merely making a placement, we aim to assist you in identifying the the best person for the position
