About Young (aldermaston) Developments

Youngs Industrial Estates are based in Aldermaston, Berkshire, and in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.  Youngs Industrial Estates let small to medium size industrial units for light industrial use, warehouse or storage. We also have some small offices available to let. There are new and older industrial units on the estate and we currently have several units available to let.

Behind Youngs Industrial Estate is our own Country Parkland.  Paices Wood Country Parkland has walks around 85 acres of woodland and seven lakes - which are available for fishing.  Stocked with Carp, Pike and various other varieties, Seven Lakes Angling is a day ticket venue, where tickets are available at the banks.  Adults £6 per rod.
