We are fully independent mortgage and financial advisers based in Blackpool, but our client base is country wide. The business is built around an ethos of providing fair and practical solutions to most financial needs and all advisers have vast industry experience, some over several decades. Our clients are from varied financial backgrounds and we do not split them into groups, like some companies do, depending on their net worth. We are general financial advisers trying to offer a full service to clients and we are successful in our field, as we have been around for many years. Some of the advice we offer can encompass the fields of mortgages, business loans, finance, investments including ISA, bonds, unit trusts, OEICS, pensions including SIPP, personal, Stakeholder, life cover, critical illness, health and income protection. There are other areas in which we choose not to offer advice but prefer to refer clients to specialist providers.
Our business adheres strictly to the treating customers fairly initiative currently in place under the new FSA guidlines, although we prefer the more personal approach and treat everyone as a client.
