The Thai Emperor recently opened on Castle Square and is already building up a fantastic reputation for serving the very best traditional Thai dishes, cooked to the very highest standards.The restaurant is managed by Ken Leung who has over 17 years' experience in the restaurant trade. The Thai Emperor has two expert chefs, each of whom originate from Thailand and whose dishes bring with them an oriental theme full of flavours and essences which make Thailand a gastronomic delight.Ken is passionate about the food served at the Thai Emperor. He said: "My favourite dish is Phat-Thai, a traditional Thai noodle meal, however, our menu will suit every taste. Thai food is extremely healthy and traditional favourites include duck Thai curry, BBQ king prawn, BBQ chicken and fillet steak with Bangkok sauce served with a range of rice dishes including fried or boiled options.
