Overseeing progress, programme, build quality, welfare and H&S compliance out on site, along with checking compliance with the NHBC (or other insurers) standards, the Employers Requirements (ER's), current Building Regulations, Secured by Design, Lifetime Homes and Eco Homes / Code for sustainable homes standards,
Carrying out regular Site monitoring Inspections, issuing written and photographic 'observation tracking' reports, undertaking all site inspection duties including any defects analysis, undertaking all snagging, de-snagging and handover inspections and re-visiting to undertake end of defects (EOD) inspections.
