About Poplar Counselling
POPLAR COUNSELLING is three experienced BACP registered Counsellors Psychotherapists and/or Group facilitators based in central Brighton & Hove.
Offering one to one and couple Counselling and group therapy for Brighton, Worthing, Eastbourne and the rest of Sussex.
Working with :
-Anger Management,
-Childhood Sexual Abuse,
-sexual abuse or sexual assault-male and female,
-PND,
-depression
-anxiety
-all general counselling.
We also facilitate workshops and CPD groups on various topics.
We operate a sliding rate of fees from £45 with some limited low cost sessions at £15-£20 available. We have availabilty of appointments in the day,evening, and at weekends.
