To the uninitiated the I.T. world can seem a complex diverse array of technologies sporting numerous acronyms and buzzwords, most of which seem to have little or no meaning. You hear hyper this and power that, telephone calls from service providers promising increased hit rates, better search page optimisation, number one status in list 'x-y-z', premier directory services with them or just about anything to get your valuable money.
I position myself to offer affordable web design and I.T. consultancy services, domain name registrations and web hosting together with email packages.I have been working with I.T. for over twenty years, and in this time have seen many developments, some useful and some not so. Most companies today have some level of I.T. from basic word processing to more complex fully integrated management systems, some have embraced technology wholeheartedly developing their entire future strategies with a cyber world uppermost in their minds, while others look at it with scepticism as an evil empire casting an unseen net over the clean and green earth. There are obviously many different levels in between those two views, and happily most of us fit somewhere there, what we like to call the real world.
