About Mums2be/Yummy Mummies and baby Exercise
Mums2Be is a 60 minute circuit class designed for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy. There are classes based at Datchet Health Club which is close to Windsor and Slough.
The class will help to improve posture; strengthen the abdominal and back muscles, which will help reduce backache. The exercises will help improve circulation which will help reduce varicose veins and swollen ankles.
Feel more confident and prepared for labour. Additionally, active women experience less insomnia, stress, anxiety and depression.
Yummy Mummies is a 60 minute circuit class where you can bring your new arrival.
Work on improving posture and begin to strengthen your tummy muscles.
This class will help you make a start on returning to you pre pregnancy weight and increase energy levels.
The class finishes with pelvic floor exercises.
Classes are held in Langley and Datchet
