Your project will be designed and managed by Barry McMahon who, with over 20 years post-qualification experience, has previously worked for some of the leading Architects and Surveyors practices in Lancashire.
Our Ribble Valley location brings us in to regular contact with the restoration of Listed Buildings and those situated in Conservation Areas. Modulus can guide you through the approval processes and offer advice on sympathetic restoration of all building styles.
In addition, we have the facility to take accurate 3D laser scans of architectural details in stone, wood or plaster and can organise for replication of these items by modern and cost-effective manufacturing techniques through our partner company GCNC Ltd.
