Preparation of detailed construction drawings and specifications along with the submission of a building regulation approval. Advise on the building regulations and how approvals are sought and why they are required.
Appointment of outside consultants ie. Structural Engineers.
Recommendation of reputable local contractors.Additional services include:
Prepare detailed schedules sufficient for tender actioning.
Invite tenders and deal with contractual matters and site visits.
