Manna is a pioneering Bio-Alive Vitality Centre and Cafe located in Brighton, UK. First off, our organic vegetarian (and vegan) cafe / restaurant / deli only serves the finest & tastiest raw and living cuisine. We are the only eatery in Europe to serve only 100% Bio-Alive (aka raw) food. We also have Brighton’s best water on tap courtesy of the widely acclaimed Gematria, ‘GemWater’ activation system.     

Manna is a holistic wellness centre that offers a wide repertoire of holistic & complementary therapies, alongside the rental of healing space for therapists themselves. In addition, Manna is an events and learning centre that holds regular talks, workshops, gatherings and conscious film screenings, alongside intimate live music performances, and captivating Bio-Alive / raw food courses.
