About Laurence Kirk
Laurence Kirk is a registered osteopath with nearly 30 years experience. He and his experienced colleague Elizabeth Simmons are based in historic Stratford upon Avon and have together a wide experience of treating adults and children suffering a variety of injuries and musculoskeletal complaints. Laurence has also been involved with the training and education of osteopaths for many years, in the treatment of performers, and has appeared on national televison and radio. Elizabeth is a keen sportswoman with a special interest in those musculoskeletal problems encountered during pregnancy and also in childhood complaints. As osteopaths they believe that in many cases an individual has the capacity to recover and repair following injury or ill health and that their role is to encourage and support this process. Careful questioning and examination is followed by treatment to help restore normal function with self help measures and health promotion all part of the package of care.
