We tailor for you a specific programme developed to suit your own needs, lifestyle, goals and objectives to ensure you are rehabilitated to your best potential. You will get to see a physiotherapist and a rehabilitation expert who work closely together to get you fit and back to full function.
For example, if you are just out of plaster and can’t put any weight through your foot we can start your rehabilitation in our large hydrotherapy pool.
Once you progress to the gym the physiotherapist will work with you to produce a comprehensive exercise plan and will look after all of your musculoskeletal needs. If required we may refer you to our podiatrist for orthotics or straight onto the sports therapist to get you back to peak fitness.
For those niggling sports injuries that just won’t resolve come and have your biomechanics assessed. We will be able to give you advice on how to prevent these injuries from recurring. If weight loss is your goal then our expert fitness advisors can help you achieve your desired weight and reach peak performance.
