Farny’s Driving School is an independent driving school who provide quality driving lessons at competitive prices in and around the Runcorn and Widnes area in Halton, Cheshire.
Farnys have both Male and Female instructors available and provide lessons for total beginners or lessons for pupils with previous experience; we also provide refresher lessons for qualified drivers who may have not driven for a number of years and who feel they need their confidence boosting. For people who have passed their driving test we can also provide motorway tuition, as well as undertaking the Pass Plus course for newly qualified drivers who want to benefit from cheaper car insurance. Farny's have had considerable success helping the more nervous learner achieve their dreams and we offer 1 hour lessons, 1.5 hour lessons or 2 hour lessons; in fact we can tailor the length of a lesson to suit all individuals. Gift vouchers for birthdays and Christmas presents are also available to suit every pocket. All our instructors are CRB checked for total peace of mind and all our lessons are tailored to individual pupil’s needs, so you can learn at your own pace in a car that will never be more than 18 months old and is fitted with dual controls and air conditioning to ensure a safe and pleasant atmosphere even in the heat of summer. To help keep the costs down we also offer a block booking discount for people who book a prepaid block of 10 or more lessons. Some driving schools undertake a practice the industry calls piggy backing with two pupils in the car at the same time for part of the lesson, we never use this practice, all lessons are conducted on a one to one basis with only one pupil in the car at any one time.
