Evade Martial Arts and Performance!

We are a full time Centre based in Greater Manchester, unique in that we are dedicated to teaching a multitude of different physical based art forms and styles.

• We have two specifically equipped training areas:The first is our , where you will find our expert instructors teaching disciplines such as Karate, Kickboxing, MMA, Thaiboxing and Kobudo.
• The second is our in which classes taught will include Breakdancing, Capoeira, Tai Chi, Streetdancing, Salsa and Yoga.

Whether you are a beginner who has never danced or a black belt looking for a new challenge, we have the class for you. In life it is vitally important to stay fit and healthy but doing so over the long term can sometimes become a chore unless you find something you enjoy doing and can develop a real passion for. That is our mission. We are here to help you find something you can commit to doing for YOU that you will want to do for years to come.
