I formed Energy Surveys North East in October 2008 just after the introduction by the Government of the Home Information Pack. Since then I have gradually grown the business despite the large number of other Energy Assessors. My service is based on professionalism, quality work and reliability at a competitive price.Whilst there are thousand of Energy Assessors to choose from most have very little prior knowledge of housing construction whereas I am a time served joiner with over 35 years worth of experience in the construction industry both as a craftsman and managing small building companies.Relationships built during this time have lead to Energy Surveys North East being awarded contracts with Appletons Surveyors, who in turn recommended me to the Endeavour Housing Association. I now supply both of these respected companies with Home Information Packs and Energy Performance Certificates within the rental and private sectors.I can offer you the same quality of service.
