About Dorset Tai Chi
Dorset Tai Chi offers regular weekly Tai Chi classes in the county of Dorset, including the greater Blandford, Wimborne, Poole and Bournemouth areas. We specialise in Chen and Yang style Tai Chi, supplemented by Chi Kung. Dorset Tai Chi also provides Tai Chi and Chi Kung-based corporate programmes, often as part of wider organisation development initiatives or stress management activities. Instructors at Dorset Tai Chi have experience of designing and delivering Special Needs programmes both for those who are physically restricted or who are suffering from mental and emotional problems, and introducing Tai Chi in primary schools. Private lessons are available by appointment. Dorset Tai Chi instructors receive regular direct transmissions from Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang and we belong to the CIAA, the TCUGB. We are insured through the BCCMA.
