David Hanchet MRICS is an experienced Chartered Surveyor specialising in surveying houses, flats, commercial and industrial buildings of all ages, types, sizes and in all sorts of condition and states of repair. As well as providing a full written report, David is also happy to discuss your survey with you in person, onsite if convenient.He is also a qualified valuer, specialising in residential property, and can provide valuations for mortgages on instruction of the mortgagee and valuations for probate and divorce and for fire insurance on all types of property and buildings.
Based in Maidenhead, David surveys properties throughout Southern England – particularly Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and London, though often he travels further afield.
