We are a Nottingham based company, with a private clinic and pilates studio. We currently run 5 pilates classes per week, and are looking to do more through 2009! One to one, antenatal, and postnatal pilates is also available.

Our physio treatments include acupuncture for pain relief, strapping, electrotherapy, and manipulations of the spine, joints and soft tissues.
We aim to give the very best quality in treatment, and will neither leave you unattended on a machine, or offer more treatments than you need.
We also work in occupational health, offering everything from full-time on-site clinics, through to one-off Display Screen Assessments for £150+VAT. We aim to work with companies to reduce long term sickness absense, and reduce injury rate and reoccurence through preventative methods and physiotherapy.
