About Croydon Church A
The Association by its nature is a non-profit making organisation, all of its rental income being ploughed back into the current and future maintenance of its stock, provision of quality services, the development of further homes, and the retention of a limited reserve. At the same time, rents remain affordable to our clientele who in the main have relatively low incomes and in some cases support needs. CCHA is a Registered Social Landlord and is registered with the Housing Corporation.
