About Croyde Cottage - Barn
The barn is 18th century barn refurbished in 2007 to a
high standard (4 star rated by the tourist board in January 2008) with
many period features such as exposed beams and open fires blended with
modern comforts such as central heating, power showers and flat screen
TVs.
There is a large sociable eat in Kitchen
with granite work tops, a range cooker, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher,
washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, flat screen TV, a table for 6
people and a further 2 comfortable chairs to collapse into with a glass
of wine when it all gets too much!
The living
room is a lovely double aspect room looking out over both the quaint
lane to the front and the lovely part walled garden to the rear. It has
3 comfortable leather sofas, wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player,
an open fire (working) and French doors opening onto the terrace and
garden (fantastic in the summer to enjoy a cool breeze from outside in
the evening).
The master bedroom is a single aspect room looking out
over the rear garden with a comfortable double bed and an en-suite
shower room with a vigorous power shower big enough for 2!!
Bedroom
2 is a large double aspect room over looking the rear garden and the
local hills, it has 2 comfortable single beds and an en-suite shower
room.
Bedroom 3 is a good sized single aspect room looking out over the rear garden, it has 2 comfortable single beds.
There is also a further family bathroom with a bath, especially helpful with the small ones.
There is a suntrap terrace with garden furniture and a barbeque (BBQ) overlooking the private, large garden.
Private off road parking for 2 cars.
