About Casa Martinique
Casa Martinique Situated amongst the Orange Groves Vineyards of the Valencia Region, Casa Martnique can be found just outside the delightful town of Monserrat. We are only 10 minutes from the A7 Motorway and 25 minutes from Valencia Airport. We originally bought Casa Martinique 4 years ago, and moved here permanently in September 2005 when we decided to reform the annex and turn it into a fully self contained unit. It now has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, shower room and toilet. The apartment has it's own private patio area, with table and chairs, perfect for taking a shaded break under a beautiful palm tree. And of course, where better to have your breakfast, lunch and dinner than in the fresh air? In between, take a dip in the pool and relax on a sun lounger on the terrace. Our guest accommodation is situated privately, away from the main house, so you will have plenty of privacy during your stay. The apartment consists of: 2 Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds, bedroom 2 with 1 single bed, as well as a double bed settee in the living room, making the accommodation suitable for 5 people. (We have also included alarm clocks, just in case you feel the need to make the most of every hour of sunshine!) Living Room / Kitchenette - The living room has a large comfy settee for those all important siestas (which is also a bed settee), a TV (with U.K. Television), DVD player and video recorder. The Kitchen facilities include fridge/freezer, microwave oven, 2 ring hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a dining table. The outside kitchen provides a washing machine (tumble dryer also available) and a second fridge/freezer.
