About Cambridge Yoga and Fitness
Yoga Classes, Yoga Therapy and 1-2-1 Yoga Lessons with Liz Smith, Dip RSA, cYs Yoga Teacher and Practitioner, Member REPs and BWY, based at the Cambridge Medical Centre.
This approach is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness levels. Through asana - Yoga postures - particular attention is given to the health of the spine. Focussed breath work in this approach develops a sense of awareness, focuses and calms the mind and helps to release stress and tension. Teaching from this perspective respects the uniqueness of the individual and their situation.
