As
there are no "full contact" punches or kicks in our classes - since we
have a "safe sparring" policy - our art is suitable and available for
all levels and all ages. No matter if you are a beginner or advanced
martial artist - our classes will teach you how to be safe in an ever
increasing crime-ridden world. Children learn Anti-Bullying tactics and
improve in positive character development. Adults and children alike
will benefit from Korean traditions, teaching mental attributes such as
showing respect, bowing to each other, loyalty, courtesy and
self-discipline which are all being shown in class as well. Even in
your first lesson you will learn blocking and other techniques, which
will help you if you confront danger in a real-life-situation.

of our techniques use the "hyper-extension" or "lock-out" movements as
in some of the traditional martial arts styles; these traditional
movements are too rigid, lack agility and are therefore not effective
enough on the street where it counts. Also, these movements (as used in
other martial arts styles) often cause swelling, inflammation and other
