About Brent Dolphins Swimming Club
Brent Dolphins is the only competitive swimming club in Brent. We have a long and proud history of teaching swimming dating back to 1919 when one of our founding clubs, Willesden Swimming Club, was formed.
We teach swimming from 5yrs upwards with absolute beginners through to our competitive squads and masters [adult] training. Our swimmers compete throughout the year at whatever level suits their ability from London Graded Leagues to County & even International level.
The club is run largely by volunteers and currently has nearly 500 members. We are always happy to welcome new members of all abilities whenever they can be accommodated into our training program.
Brent Dolphins train throughout the year with sessions held at both Vale Farm Sports Centre in Wembley and Willesden Sports Centre in Willesden. Our beginners lessons last for 45minutes once a week and we have 9 different session available to our squad swimmers who are required to attend at least 2 per week.
