Bonavista Property Management Ltd specialise in the management of residential properties in the Dundee, Angus and Perth and Kinross areas. We operate a one off flat fee of £499 per annum for property management, rather than taking a percentage of your rental income. We operate on behalf of individual private landlords and professional landlords. For multiple properties, we can offer a tailored solution. We provide the full solution, from appraising the property and advertising via a range of media, conducting accompanied viewings, appraising tenants, full inventory, and checking the tenant in to the property. We also provide regular property inspections with detailed written reports provided after each inspection. At the end of the tenancy, we will issue the appropriate documentation to ensure that you remain fully compliant with regulations at all times.
