The Mallings Business Centre comprises 30 modern office units, ranging from 115 - 1415 sq ft. We are situated in the historic county town of Lewes, just 10 minutes walk from the town centre, with good transport links to London, Brighton and beyond - Gatwick is just a train journey away, and the ferry to France only 20 minutes away in Newhaven.
Monthly rental includes most of the costs associated with taking office space - business and water rates, cleaning, heating, lighting, electricity and basic office furniture. There is also a reception that is manned from 9 to 5.30 Monday to Friday.Our offices are let on simple flexible licence agreements. Onsite parking is available.
We also have 2 on-site meeting rooms, which can be hired by the hour, half or full day. The larger of the rooms holds up to 14 people, whilst the smaller holds up to 6. We can provide refreshments, and arrange catering if required. These rooms are available for inhouse clients and members of the public.
For companies that may not be ready or need to take conventional office space, we offer 3 virtual office services: Personalised Virtual Office (personalised telephone answering and mailbox), Standard Virtual Office (standard telephone answering and mailbox) and Mailing Address only. These services can be adapted to suit the needs of many different businesses.
We offer a comprehensive range of secretarial services to compliment our other services, including photocopying, typing, faxing, emailing, laminating and binding. The services are available for both business and personal use.
