Farming in the East Neuk of Fife our family has been producing our own beef for over a century. Our cattle are fed on grass and cereals, which are all homegrown, and we allow our stock to mature slowly. All of our beef is hung for a minimum of 21days. We also grown our own vegetables which are picked fresh everyday and have an array of other products produced by farming families in the UK. We have venison, rare breed pork, free range chicken, puddings, wines, organic lamb, ice cream and much more...
