Andrew Large Surveyors Ltd was formed on 5th January 2007. Its principle directors are husband and wife team Andrew and Caroline Large. Both have a wealth of experience within the rural sector and are able to offer a personable, no nonsense and yet professional approach.
Andrew Large Surveyors Ltd is affiliated with Ashley Adams and operates their land agency department. This association brings many benefits to clients. Ashley Adams is an expanding firm established 50 years ago with 14 offices in the East Midlands offering an unrivalled market presence.
Andrew has worked as a land agent for over seven years, coming from a farming family now running a small holding in Bakewell, Derbyshire. In the prevailing years Andrew has forged a successful career in South Warwickshire with a well renowned firm of Land Agents and Chartered Surveyors with particular expertise in Agricultural and Farm Business Management.
Andrew is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers. Outside of work Andrew along with Caroline farm cattle and sheep on 75 acres of land on the Leicestershire / Derbyshire border and plays rugby for Ashby RFC.
Caroline is the daughter of John and Jackie Blunt whose family have a long history of estate management, property renovation, and development in and around Melbourne, Derbsyhire. Caroline is keen to continue the family tradition of entrepreneurship having been employed by a firm of well respected local agents for the past three years.
Caroline is a chartered surveyor and whose particular areas of expertise are Valuations, Planning and Development. Caroline qualified with a master’s degree in Rural Estate Management in 2006.
