Amian is a specialist North West based Employee Assistance Provider. We provide a full range of EAP services which includes 24 hour 7 day a week advice and information telephone helpline, confidential telephone and face-to-face counselling and psychotherapy, mediation, sickness absence management, management support and training, critical incident support etc. Our approach is professional and proactive. We aim to work in partnership with HR and management to reduce sickness absence and increase staff support and wellbeing.Amian has a different approach to other EAP providers. We feel that a close working partnership enables both staff and managers to make full use of the services we offer. We have taken the best practice of in-house and external staff support services to provide a tailored provision that exceeds industry norms.
