AJT Equipment Ltd AJT Equipment was founded in 1951 and specialise in the manufacture, repair, service and calibration of Horizontal Vertical Force Test Machines (Pull Test Beds), and Loadcells. All equipment is traceable to National Standards. AJT Equipment operate both nationally and internationally and can supply machines to test samples as small as single strand wire up to marine anchor cable. Facilities enable us to calibrate and test equipment up to 400 Tonnes Tensile and 1000 Tonnes Compression. AJT Equipment Ltd has supplied machines throughout the world. Our extensive customer base includes the Ministry of Defence and those involved in testing for the lifting gear industry and Oil and Gas. In the current technical climate, AJT can design a computer controlled machine, or data acquisition can be supplied TYPE 177 Horizontal Plane Tensile Testing Machine Designed specifically for simple proof load, destruction, cyclic and long period load testing of all types of materials (subject to gripping options) TYPE 175 Vertical Tensile Test Machine Two or four column options, available in Tension or Compression modes. Can be supplied for load simulation projects. Height of machine to customers specification. TYPE 174E Horizontal Plane Tensile Testing Machine Designed specifically for simple proof load testing of wire chains, ropes etc TYPE 173E Vertical Plane Tensile Testing Machine Designed specifically for simple proof load testing of wire chains, ropes etc but with the advantage of an open test bed for the testing of Spreader Beams and other similar items. LOADCELLSAJT Equipment manufacture their own brand of Loadcells known as Accuways. These are extremely lightweight to enable ease of use. Calibration and repairs of all types and capacities of loadcells, loadlinks, and weighing devices are traceable to National Standards and are to +/- 1% of the applied load. KMM MONITOR The KMM Monitor is a feature that has recently been designed to enable the linearization of load measurement devices. It can be used on new systems, but was designed to enable maximum use and high levels of accuracy from existing loadcells and transducers. The system has proven to be cost effective in the modification of existing machines that would previously have required complete new measurement systems. The KMM Monitor has an RS232 connector and optional full data acquisition facility. TMIR/SMIR AJT Equipment has recently designed a new range of their own brand of Accuway loadcells. These new units are manufactured with an integrated LCD display that is operated from an infra-red control. The unit therefore can be operated from groud level without the confines of a signal cable. The display reacts from the handheld control to give on/off, Tare, and Peak facilities.
