Dr Isabelle Rosser DC is a fully qualified, insured and registered Doctor of Chiropractic. Isabelle is also qualified in Animal Chiropractic, having undertaken training with the Goldstandard 'International Academy of Veterinary Chiropractic'. Isabelle is one of only 30 UK Chiropractors who currently hold this prestigious qualification - ensuring that your Animal Chiropractor is trained to the very highest of International standards available.
Isabelle treats both large and small animals, specialising in Equines. Signs your animal may require chiropractic care are behavioural changes, injuries, pain and discomfort and inability to perform work easily or happily. Chiropractic treatment locates 'Subluxations' within your horses body (joints which are stuck, thus affecting surrounding nerves and muscles) and using very specific adjustments, restoring normal motion to the joint and thus reducing your animals pain and improving health and wellbeing.
Initial consultations must always be undertaken with the consent of your Primary Care Vetinarian. Animal Chiropractors who have trained with the IAVC, will undergo a thorough examination of your animal, including review of previous health issues and your animals 'job', biomechanical evaluation and motion palpation to ascertain the exact areas requiring adjustment. If chiropractic care is deemed appropriate your animal will be treated and aftercare discussed.
